I think life experience gets better with age, you know when we are still in our youthful stage, life may be all the party, the bottles, the break rules and all that the list is a bit long as you may know. I know experience may not be the best teacher as to be the best but at least with experience one can have a little bit of gist on a particular subject or field. I believe with time and age one can be able to give a thoughtful gist on what life is about.

Small but “Thank you” is a very great word. Sure you might not be able to repay back all the good things a person may have done for you in life, So thank you! yes, say it from heart not with just your lips. Personally, if I can repay back why not? But if not, all I do is say thank you and keep you in my prayers. That good deed you have done, may it make you flourish now and in heaven. Am not ashamed to say thank you even I make it life I will always remember that good thing someone has done for me.

What makes a teacher great?

A great teacher is not that one with the name or title ” great”. One thing you and I need to accept is that not everyone can become a great teacher. Indeed, everyone can teach but not everyone can teach. If you get the point. It’s not the money or family inheritance that make a great teacher, it’s not the capabilities or how smart one is. It’s not how famous you are among people, not how cute or handsome one can be. You see, let me break this down, it’s not the career you chose of being a teacher that makes you a great teacher, it’s not about how good you are in solving complex equations or performing lab experiments or having a thousand likes and followers in various social platforms. It goes on and on. But a great teacher, is simply anyone absolutely anyone who can impact a positive change in a person. If one has the ability to bring about a positive change in a person in terms of lifestyle, thinking, creating, becoming, visualizing, believing, adapting and so many in that direction. Then I believe he or she even if it’s a a child or an impaired person or I don’t know, an alien, what do you think? as long as he or she or it I suppose, can impact a positive change in a being, then I believe we have the next great teacher.

What are your daily habits?

You know habits do change with time. But some will always remain the same, first things first, every morning I must work out the pushups and situps to keep my six packs tight enough. I don’t like being too soft so I keep tight. Happy or sad I must pray for the grace to keep moving in life. I love music so I sing almost every day, gospel and secular alike. I like filling the wind with sounds and it’s so magical so I sing. Last but at least I try to make my family happy either I come up with a joke and boom somebody is smiling and if no body wants to smile I pose a fake smile to everyone and this time everybody is laughing, feels good to be happy.

How important is spirituality in your life?

Spirituality wouldn’t be that much of a big deal but the fact that “man is both flesh and spirit”. And when such a point of view comes to blog, of course God. I can live without almost everything but God, I can’t. Have you ever taken time to sit on that couch with a hot cup of coffee and ask, look we have it all! but is there something more to this life? Such a question should remind you of your spirituality. Death is another thing,you and I have our time to flourish but soon enough, only memories of us and others may be completely forgotten. So you mean I die and that’s it? No, no, no. There should be something out there after this life. Believe it or not but this can’t be the end. NEVER! I may have no proof that is visible. But mm! mm!.

Personally speaking, spirituality is very important to me, I know my time is like a candle blown off anytime and I don’t know where am going after here so to be on a safer side I pray, I forgive, I believe, I try to keep clean, you know it’s not easy, the steps of those whom I have never seen before but are believed to be in a good place. So mm! it’s important. And by the way, I know Satan and I know Jesus by faith. These two things without spirituality you can’t know a thing. But most all I can relate the spiritual events to physical realities. Only in the spirit only! It’s important.

How do you practice self-care?

First of all, when I wake up every morning, I have to recite my daily words of hope and encouragement which I wrote myself if you don’t mind. This keeps me strong enough to stand the day. I make my situps and push-ups to keep the six pack in position to avoid any form of ” you are not fit” type of words from my wife. Problem solved. Of course the world is sometimes a little bit unfriendly so I make sure the disappointments and heart breaks don’t go out of hand. This keeps my heart in position pumping 72 times a minute the normal way. And as you know after all these the last thing I do, I smile. I go in the mirror I try to work out the smile, you know sometimes it is so hard so I need to practice on my mirror to keep my beautiful woman from ” what’s the matter?” type of questions. And the one I hate to hear is what, have you been fired from your job? I hate that question so much so, I must smile. Then she smiles and am happy off to work. Boom! saved the day.

Looking at her as though angels were on earth. Her face showed alot of innocence and I wondered if she were just a new born, my heart limped for joy to an extent that I almost hugged a stranger. Telling myself it’s done!I found her! I still recall her beauty, walking as though she was on the moon coming towards me and I told myself, this is it, stop her and tell her anything my heart told me, only to see in dismay a mother of two. And my words disappeared like a good dream in the day but little did I know I was standing in front of her with her two children sideways. And she was like excuse me? And I was like oh am wow am oh sorry only to ask her what time it was. She told me that I had a watch on my hand which I did have but was lost in the moment and her children laughed. I was embarrassed. damn! And off she went all I could see was the back of her fading before my eyes.
